However, when the time comes to add new fields, different process flows, or better reports, taskGiant Studio brings you the power and flexibility to grow. Historically, templates were great for creating a set of tasks that happen in a specific order. We have taken the concept and made it smarter. You can still use a standard set of tasks that are available when you start a new project. However, along with those tasks you can also package and re-use custom reports, scripting, flows, and custom fields.
This is why we use the term App. Apps are more than just "templates"; they include the business and methodology along with the data.
Build Task Forms
Drag and drop field attributes to your task forms.
Need to know what product was changed? Want to track tasks by favorite color, cost, or time?
Simply drag and drop new fields on to an existing form or create a whole new task form. Instantly the new fields and attributes are available for reporting, scripting, and filtering.
Script Processes
Scripting isn't required, but it gives you the ultimate flexibility. Add confirmations and approvals, control the setting and calculations of values, and integrate to other systems.

Create Reports
Using our query mechanism anyone can create reports from any data element, whether it is custom or standard to taskGiant. Add complex criteria, choose how to render the report, and then make it available.
Reports are available in the Reporting area and can also be placed onto a project's wall. Users can click on the charts to drill through to the underlying data.
